Self Collection

Self collection of party supplies and balloons is available at Eastwood Place (by appointment only).
Advance notice of 1 days is required. Please state the intended date and time of collection during checkout. Our customer service will contact you via email / phone call upon receiving your order. For urgent orders, please contact us at 98430049

Local Delivery

All items total amount $120 and above will get free registered mail except helium balloon, Pinata and Personalised banner.

Postage is charged according to the weight of package and to the rates of Singapore Post. We will process your order within 2 working days following payment clearance. This is excluding delivery time required.
Please see the table below for estimated delivery time as provided by Singapore Post.
Normal mail: 1-2 working days (no tracking number)
Registered mail: 2 working days
Local Courier: 1 working day
Door Delivery:
All door delivery orders is subjected to schedule availability. Advance booking of 7 days is advised. Door delivery is $25/trip (exclude any carpark, erp or entry charges we may incur). Delivery to Sentosa, Tuas & Changi Airport will have an additional surcharge of $10.
Door deliveries timing are available from 9am-6pm. For deliveries outside this timing, such deliveries will be subjected to our agreement. Should an agreement be acknowledged, there will be a surcharge in delivery
fee and this will be informed to customer before order confirmation.
For big deliveries of 100 balloons and above, the delivery fee is $35/trip.

Our customer service will contact you via email / phone call within 2 working days upon receiving your order. We reserve the rights to reject any orders should we be unable to take the door delivery. Any orders paid will be refunded under such circumstances.

Worldwide Delivery

We do worldwide delivery.
Postage is charged according to the weight of package and to the rates of Singapore Post. We will dispatch all items within 2 working days following payment clearance.
For Normal / Registered Airmail, it takes approximately 4-14* working days, depending on the country of delivery as follows:
Australia & Asia: 4-8 working days
UK & Europe: 4-12 working days
USA, Canada: 6-11 working days
Rest of World: 6-14 working days
For worldwide EMS (courier service), delivery is 2-4 days depending on country of destination.

*Note:
Only non inflated balloons can be sent via postage or courier services and for all international orders.
Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control. We are both bound by the carriers' policies. We will follow up any claims we can pursue and may need your cooperation should such a claim against a carrier arise.

We are not responsible for any packages lost during shipment for delivery by normal mail / normal airmail since no form of tracking is possible. We strongly encourage you to opt for registered mail or courier services. Tracking number will be provided for these items.
